Jerk & Wing Fest 2026! 🔥

Chef Thomas has participated in this event over the years, and always enjoys putting a spin on traditional jerk chicken. In 2023, he won with a Jerk Chicken Arepa and it paid off again this year with his Jerk Chicken Samosa. This one definitely took a lot more time where we used phyllo dough layered with butter and scallions and hand-rolled our jerk chicken filling to make 500 total. We also featured jerk mayo and our Real Duppy hot sauce (original bottle and a mild-medium version for the event). A very hot day, but a great turnout and glad so many people enjoyed it ☺️

I’m Chef Thomas Tennant, and I’m the guy behind Cayman Peppa Sauce. Hot sauce has been a passion of mine for a number of years and I’m excited to bring in 2026 with a locally made, award-winning hot sauce. Our small-batch hot sauce supports the hard work of local farmers, and by purchasing our products you are supporting them too.
