✨ Easter has always meant family, warmth, and traditions.
Since childhood, this day has had a special atmosphere. My grandmother used to gather the whole family around the festive table — relatives, neighbors, and friends. Everyone was welcome. The house was full of laughter, conversations, and the beautiful smell of traditional dishes prepared with love.

On the Easter table there were always the same beloved classics:
🥚 eggs colored in red — the symbol of life and resurrection
🍚 rice pilaf with raisins
🌿 roasted greens and seasonal herbs
🐟 a traditional fish dish

These simple but meaningful dishes created the feeling that Easter is not only a religious holiday, but also a celebration of family, generosity, and togetherness.

Today I keep these traditions alive.
And here I’m sharing the Easter menu I cooked today, continuing the beautiful customs passed down through generations.

Because traditions live as long as we keep them alive. ✨🐣

✨ Пасхальный кулич — один из самых красивых и символичных десертов праздничного стола.

Кулич — это традиционный пасхальный сладкий хлеб, который готовят в православных странах один раз в году — к празднику Воскресения. Его пекут из сдобного дрожжевого теста, добавляя изюм, иногда цукаты или орехи. Классическая высокая форма и белая глазурь сверху символизируют радость праздника, новую жизнь и изобилие.

🥐 Классический рецепт кулича

Ингредиенты:
• 500 г муки
• 200 мл тёплого молока
• 3 яйца
• 120 г сахара
• 100 г сливочного масла
• 10 г сухих дрожжей
• 150 г изюма
• ванильный сахар
• щепотка соли

Для глазури:
• 1 яичный белок
• 100–120 г сахарной пудры
• несколько капель лимонного сока

Приготовление:
Сначала готовят опару из тёплого молока, дрожжей, сахара и небольшого количества муки. Когда она поднимется, добавляют яйца, сахар, масло и постепенно вводят муку, замешивая мягкое тесто. В конце добавляют изюм. Тесто оставляют в тепле до увеличения вдвое, затем раскладывают по формам и выпекают при 170–180°C около 35–40 минут. Остывшие куличи покрывают глазурью и украшают.

Cette année, j’ai eu la chance d’être au Vatican pendant la fête des Rameaux. ⛪
C’était un moment très spécial, rempli de foi, de lumière et de gratitude.

Je vous souhaite, à vous et à vos familles, de joyeuses et bénies Pâques. Que vos maisons soient remplies de paix, d’amour et de bénédictions. 🕊️🌸

P.S. Et bien sûr, selon la belle tradition, j’ai aussi réussi à préparer le koulich de fête — la pâte est, comme toujours, ma propre improvisation. 🧁✨
