We are always happy when we get a great group of . But once in a while it goes a bit further than just volunteering. We have been lucky enough to witness the beginning of a love match 💜.

In December 2024 we had a great group and 2 of our volunteers started a relationship. This Valentine’s Day, and Pauline put together a little memory book for Dom of their experiences together.

And guess what? We made the book! Even some of the cats are pussyfooting around the book. We were given permission to post the pages and think they are just the sweetest thing ever.

Good luck for the future Pauline and Dom, and we can’t wait for your next visit to us.

Earlier this month, Lana ( #4006) had her first baby! A bouncing baby boy, weighing in at 34kg!

We have decided, with keeping with the L names, that we would name him after one of our own team. So meet, Louka, another beautiful grandchild for Lola!

Lana! We can wait to start loving on him like we do with the other Lola off-spring!

On 12 February 2026, Laos Buffalo Dairy was awarded a Natural Resource Management Award which highlights our work in sustainability, resource management and inclusion.

We are all trying to be more sustainable and get away from using plastic, but sometimes it is unavoidable. We are all about and recycling here at Laos Buffalo Dairy, which is why we are proactively trying to do something about it.

A few days ago, we stopped at PatiHoub to drop off some of our plastic to be recycled. Patihoub is an innovative company that is taking plastic and it into pressed boards. The boards can then be used to make wall for buildings and they are making pressed trays for the hotels to use. There are some other things as well.

When we stopped in, she showed us where some of our recycled plastic has gone to. This is a small, cute trash can, with a top that flips open, that has been made from some of silage bail plastic that we ga ve them. Isn’t it just adorable?
