These prune blossoms are a gentle reminder that after every long winter, life quietly returns. And Lebanon, like these blossoms, always finds a way to bloom again.

Meet Alexandre, the heart and backbone of our family farm. 🌾

His journey began as young boy who was deeply passionate about nature and good food.
That young boy grew up to become an agricultural engineer, and later a father determined to offer his children, and every family that visit our farm, the same quality produce and authenticity he believes in.

Together with our mom, Alex turned that dream into the Parcours des Saveurs. Today, he is still running operations, passing down not just knowledge, but a lifestyle. 🚜❤️
