It all started when a group of food and beverage professionals combined many years of expertise in both managerial and academic positions. Some have disti
nguished themselves in handling the operations of a wide variety of food-related businesses in Lebanon and in the Gulf region; others have featured as prominent figures on the subject in international academia. The total of their combined experience is 40 leading accomplishments in the Food and Beverage Service Industry, and they all decided to keep special souvenirs from the various places they worked in: forks, one for every brand they managed, which they framed as trophies. Thus, 40 Fork was born.
