From our previous experience i
n preparing and serving the best types of Arabic ice cream and oriental sweets, our passion for serving the best types of dishes, mezzes and Lebanese salads of all kinds was born. Today again, we continue the family business by expanding into the food catering and reintroducing Iskandarani Ice Cream, as always aspired to bring the unsurpassed quality and tasty ice cream and sweets, we aim to bring the best Lebanese quality culinary to our clientele. Lebanese cuisine is ranked eleventh in terms of international cuisine, as it contains many main dishes, mezzes (appetizers), soups, salads and desserts, some served cold and others hot. Lebanon has no similar country, a name that carries with it the image of golden beaches and the peaks of snow-white icebergs... and of course that educated and hospitable Arab people. Despite the similarity of Arabic dishes, Lebanese and Beirut cuisine in particular is characterized by touches of sophistication and beauty, which crown its authentic ingredients emanating from the heart of the Arab world.
