"Saj Stories" is a traveling humble table that honors Lebanese food heritage through food experiences and stories. It celebrates the rich, diverse, and generous Mediterranean kitchen.

Our traveling Saj adopts a farm to table approach showcasing the best of the Lebanese traditional cuisine with a twist. We aim to empower sustainable living and eating by sourcing our ingredients from surrounding local organic farms and conserves from local women.
