Cakes & Bites Joyce Sakr started baking at a young age, assisting and learning the basics from her great aunt.

After years of juggling between different fields of work, she rediscovered her old hobby, baking and cake decorating. In 2011, she started innovating in her kitchen and decided to launch her own home-based pastry catering “Cakes & Bites”. Her motivation and passion led her to meet up and learn from well-known and international cake decorators and chefs to keep moving forward and discovering new techniques.
