Carlos khachan is an agricultural engineer and a wine expert graduated from l’Universite du Vin (Suze La Rousse) in France (first of his promotion). He teaches wine tasting science & alcoholic beverages in six different universities ,he is a consultant in Fransabank-Lebanon studying feasbility studies for agricultura
l projects (loan approval decision maker). He is a food production & quality manager. Carlos gives lectures in Barcelona University and tailor made training for Horeca staff. He is the owner and creator of the first wine tasting club in Lebanon “CLUB GRAPPE” that organizes the Lebanese wine route , wine tasting sessions weekends and seminars ,cheese and wine events in prestigious restaurants and hotels.CLUB GRAPPE organizes wine festivals: the food and wine festival all over Lebanon– la rencontre des fins gourmets artistes at Robert mouawad museum- le salon du vin et de la gastronomie in Linda sursouk palace.
