Shams is a permaculture community rooted in Kfardebian, Lebanon. Today, the agriculture business is aggressing nature, as a result the fruits and plants we consume are no longer considered safe, and clean (organic) food has become rare, inaccessible, and expensive. We believe that clean food is a right; thus, as conscious farmers, we work in harmony with nature to bring you organic food at a reasonable cost, while we also aim to share with you sustainable methods of living
