After sourcing some very nice local cherries from we were finally able to put it back on the menu and we're happy about that ✨️

It’s Alive was invited to Castries Comprehensive this morning to talk about gut health and “you are what you eat.” 🦠

Brought some kombucha along for all the students to try, many were already familiar with seeing it on massy shelves 🤙🏽 While waiting to start, I got to spend some time with a truly lovely bunch of kids. It's always good being in that kind of environment > especially when they are all crazy over your baby 👶🏽 (one even managed to put her to sleep while I presented 🥹)

Big respect to the school for having us and holding space for these conversations 🫱🏻‍🫲🏽
