We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Technician.

What We Expect from You?

Required Qualifications

• Completion of NVQ Level 04 (Millwright Fitter/Machinist) or any other related qualification at CGTTI/ NAITA/ ATI/ VTA or any other recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 experience in relevant field.
• Experience in handling maintenance work in FMCG industry would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good team player.
• Willing to work on shift basis including night.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating the machines within the given standards.
• Machine maintenance.
• Maintain the final product quality of the machine output.
• Process optimization.
• Maintain safety and compliance.
• Documentation & reporting.

What We Expect from You?

· B.Sc. Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
· Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field.
· Experience in TIA, SCADA and VFDs would be an added advantage.
· Engineering-related experience in the PET and Aluminum Can filling industry, machine maintenance, operation, and maintenance of process supportive machinery such as boilers, pumps, cooling towers, HVAC, water/wastewater treatment, etc.
· Experience in attending to preventive and breakdown maintenance works effectively.
· Experience in Solar Systems would be an added advantage.
· Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
· Fresh graduates are also welcome.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Identifying (troubleshooting), attending, and addressing the machine breakdown/s.
· Monitoring and evaluating machine/process performance.
· Conducting research and applying new knowledge to improve the machine/system performance.
· Making improvements to existing processes and systems.
· Implementing, monitoring, and controlling of engineering-related document/s.
· Conducting and supervising machine/system maintenance.
· Working closely with relevant departments to improve plant efficiency.
Monitoring and evaluating ongoing process of the electrical projects.

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology from a recognized University or institute.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality & safety standards are met.
• Monitoring of incoming dispatching reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes & work on cost saving projects.
• Ensure quality standards in the plant.
• Ensure safety standards in the plant.
• Implement & drive sustainability initiatives, promoting eco-friendly practices in manufacturing.
• Ensure spare parts availability in the warehouse.
• Foster a culture of innovation, employee engagement & continuous improvement.
• Monitor the procurement of raw materials/spare parts.
• Ensure maximum plant up time & make sure all products produced are compatible with the quality standards.
