On 24th June 2026 from 7:30 PM onwards, a communal dining experience featuring rich pastas, nostalgic desserts, and thoughtfully paired wines, all brought together around one table.

Designed to be shared around one table, this one-night experience celebrates a vibrant era of Italian cuisine, where food, wine, and conversation came together effortlessly.

Join us at AQUA Pazza for the next evening of our wine series, as we journey through the renowned vineyards of Penedès alongside Shiyani from .

This curated tasting will feature four distinctive wines that showcase the diversity and character of one of Spain's most celebrated wine regions:

Sparkling: Cava Pink, Parés Baltà (Rosé)
White: Parés Baltà Blanc de Pacs 2023
White: Parés Baltà Honeymoon 2023
Red: Mas Petit 2021

Each wine will be paired with specially prepared dishes by Chef Roberto, designed to complement the flavours of the evening.
