Chocolate Biscuits Pudding 😍😍😍

The speciality of our pudding is we don't use Icing sugar based frosting in-between. Instead we use a creamy condensed milk rich buttercream between the biscuits layers. This dessert tastes heavenly.

මෙන්න මේකත් මට ලැබුණ ලස්සනම ලස්සන Cup cakes order එකක් චූටි පුතෙක්ගෙ ඉස්කෝලේ last day party එකට. මේ order එක කරලා නම් දැන් මාසයකටත් වඩා වැඩියි .... හැබැයි ඉතින් photos දාන්න බැරි වුණා.

Butter icing වල පැණි රසට අකමැති icing නොකර sandwich කරලා විතරක් තියන Chocolate cake කන්න කැමති කෙනෙකුයි, chocolate butter cream frosting එක්කම chocolate cake කන්න කැමති කෙනෙකුයි දෙන්නෙක්ම ඉන්නවා නම් ඔන්න ඔයාලටත් පුලුවන් මෙන්න මේ වගේ half - half cake එකක් අපෙන් order කරගෙන කැමති විදිහකට රස බලන්න.

ආදරණීය දුවෙක් එයාගෙ තාත්තගෙ birthday එක වෙනුවෙන් තාත්තගෙ office staff එකට treat එකක් දෙන්න තාත්තා ආසම Chocolate cake හදාගන්න මට order එකක් දුන්නා.

මේ තියෙන්නේ මම complete කරපු ඒ Chocolate cake order එක.

තවම මම මේ වැඩේට pro නෙවෙයි. ඉගෙනගෙන යන ගමන්. ඒ නිසා මේ හැම පුංචි step එකක්ම මට ලොකු celebration එකක් ....

Tammy ඊයෙ kitchen එකෙන් නිවාඩුවක් ගත්තා. 🫣🙈

අද ආවෙ රස කෑමක් ගැන ඔත්තුවක් දෙන්න.

මට සෑහෙන දවසක ඉඳල මගෙ bucket list එකේ තිබුණ ආසාවක් තමයි chicken maqluba rice එකක් රස බලන එක. ඉතින් අපේ ගෙදර තුන්කට්ටුවම ඊයෙ ගෙදර හිටිය හින්දත් එළියට ගිහින් කරගන්න වැඩ රාජකාරි ගොඩක් තිබුණ නිසාත් රාජගිරිය පැත්තට ගිහින් එන්න යන්න වුවමනාවක් යෙදිලා තිබුණ හින්දත් මම තීරණය කළා ඊයෙ තමයි දවස කියලා 😁

මම දැක්කා food reviewersලා කීපදෙනෙක්ම SPAR එකේ maqluba එක හොඳයි කියලා rate කරනවා. සම්පුර්ණ එකක් order කරලා අපි තුන්දෙනාට වැඩි නිසාත් portions විදියට එතනින් ගන්න පුළුවන් නිසාත් මම හිතුවා Thalawathugoda SPAR එකෙන් ගන්න.

ඇත්තටම ඒක හරිම රසයි. ඒකට side dishes විදියට curd mix එකක් (ටිකක් දුරට රයිතා එකක් වගේ), strawberry jam හම්බවෙනවා. Jam එකක් rice කන එක ටිකක් අමුතුයි වගේ වුනත් trust me 😍 it was great.

ඒක වතාවෙන්ම මම maqluba fan කෙනෙක් වුණා.

Desserts වලට මම red velvet cake ගත්ත. ඒකෙ cream cheese frosting එක නම් set නෑ. ඒ නිසා මම නම් අය ගන්නේ නෑ.

ඉතින් ඔයා try කරලා නැත්නම් maqluba rice එකක් try කරලම බලන්න ඕන.
