Packing Section In-charge Candidate
📍 Location: Gotami Road, Borella

We are looking for an experienced, mature, and responsible person who can become a future Packing Section In-charge.
This is not just a packing helper position.
We need a person who can manage the packing team, improve productivity, reduce mistakes, and coordinate with production and delivery teams.

⭐ IMPORTANT: We are looking for a PLAYING MANAGER
The right person must be willing to work actively together with the team and lead by example.
A person who only gives instructions, sits down, and does not support the actual work is not suitable for our company.

🛠️ Main Responsibilities
✅ Weighing, packing, sealing, labelling, and box packing
✅ Checking printed dates, expiry dates, labels, quantity, and product condition
✅ Chiller and freezer handling
✅ Stock checking and dispatch preparation
✅ Final quality checking before dispatch
✅ Giving instructions to packing team members
✅ Managing attendance, work discipline, and daily packing productivity
✅ Training new staff
✅ Reporting problems quickly to production leaders and management
✅ Coordinating with production, delivery, and other departments
✅ Handling customer matters, including receiving orders, responding to requests, and handling complaints
✅ Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and 5S in the packing area

👤 We are looking for someone who:
✅ Has at least 5 years of working experience in a company environment
✅ Has experience managing a team as a Leader / Supervisor / In-charge
✅ Is around 30–40 years old
✅ Can speak Sinhala and English
✅ Can follow company policy and take responsibility for achieving targets
✅ Can lead people with respect, not with arrogance
✅ Can gain trust from existing staff and guide the team properly
✅ Can improve productivity and reduce packing mistakes
✅ Has knowledge or experience in 5S, hygiene, or food manufacturing
✅ Is willing to work hands-on and lead the team by personal example

🕘 Working Hours
9:00 am – 5:00 pm
📅 Holidays
✅ 9 days off per month including Sundays
✅ Poya Days
✅ Mercantile Holidays

💰 Salary & Benefits
✅ Salary: Rs. 70,000 depending on experience
✅ 2-month probation period
✅ Transport allowance up to Rs. 300 per working day
✅ Attendance allowance
