The Silvermill Way — A Purpose Carried Forward

For 106 years, Silvermill has carried forward the belief of its Founder, Mr. Anthony Silva, through the way we work, grow and serve — with our employees, customers, partners, communities and every stakeholder connected to our journey.

Three days ago, the entire Silvermill team came together, marking the launch of The Silvermill Way — bringing together our Purpose, renewed Vision and Mission, and refined Values.

It was a moment to celebrate the people who make Silvermill what it is, to look back with gratitude on the journey that brought us here, and to look ahead with hope.

Most of all, it reminded us that the goodness we create begins with our people, in the work we do every day and the care we bring to it.

Happy 81st Independence Day, Indonesia!

We are extending our warmest greetings to the Government and people of Indonesia on this proud occasion.

Over the years, Indonesia has become a meaningful part of Silvermill’s journey. Our presence in Indonesia has allowed us to build lasting relationships and meaningful opportunities that continue to bring us closer.

A school once badly affected by disaster is now a place where 100 children can learn, grow and dream again.

Through Project UPLIFT, the Silvermill Foundation supported Galdeniya Secondary School to rebuild after the severe damages caused by the floods following Cyclone Ditwah. The newly restored and upgraded facilities were recently handed over to the school, helping create a safer and more supportive environment for teaching and learning. The restoration effort included:
* Main school building renovations
* Library renovation including furniture and books
* Washroom renovations
* Sick room facility improvements
* Office and administrative area renovations
* ICT and multimedia upgrades

What makes this truly meaningful is the collective spirit behind it – made possible by the generosity of Silvermill Group employees, customers, donors, well-wishers, and partners. Together, we have not just rebuilt a school – we’ve helped provide these students the space, resources and support they need to continue their educational journey.
