He wanted a cake for her birthday but not just a cake ...

Her choice was pistachio ... It's a luxury type flavor i must say ...

So we came up with this beauty ... On her first glance saw she said wow ... I think we did our job and truly so happy with her feedback ...

As the flavor we have used here my Rose & Pistachio cake bases with Cardamom infused Rose Butter cream.. ( Proud to say it's my own recipe ) .

And it was decorated with carefully cleaned fresh rose petals and fondant work

100% made it with quality ingredients like ground nuts, dries rose petals, Ceylon cardamoms ..etc. And the buttercream is buttery and little bit spicy and melt in your mouth at the same time, It was a hit every occasion I used this recipe...

They were in love with this design, wafer paper ruffles and white and pink spray roses.. It's truly a delicate and charmingly elegant design ..

Designed with edible wafer sheets and hand made sugar flowers and chocolate coins ... Awurudu wish label done with hand piped royal icing ...

He's in love with the rhyme Wheels On The Bus , and he loves buses, so his mama wanted a bus cake cake for him... Here we go with his wheels on the bus cake.

It has done with 1 kg Ribbon cake with soft vanilla buttercream , covered with fondant icing and decorated with parchment icing..

For the bus as the base have used Styrofoam dummy covered and decorated with fondant and parchment icings
