Day 1 of 30 Days of Healthy & High-protein Breakfast Meal Prep Recipes: Blended Chocolate Overnight Oats😋 These contain about 30g of protein per serving and no protein powder😍

Ingredients for three servings:
1 1/2 cups (gluten-free) oats (3 1/2 dl)
3 tablespoons chia seeds
3 tablespoons unsweetened cacao powder
3/4 cup milk of choice (1,8 dl)
2 1/4 cup (lactose-free) low fat Greek yogurt, the yogurt is I use contains 13g protein per 100g (5 1/2 dl / 560g)
1 - 3 tablespoons maple syrup / honey, to taste
1/2 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract, to taste

Toppings:
berries of choice

1. Put all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Pour into jars and top with berries
3. Let set in the fridge for at least two hours or overnight

2-minute Healthy Banana Bread Mug Cake😍 This is a quick and yummy dessert idea. It’s super soft and really tastes like banana bread😋 The combination of almond and oat flour give this cake its fluffy texture

ingredients for one big cake or two smaller cakes:
1 ripe banana
1 egg
2 tablespoons almond flour
2 tablespoons oat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
pinch of cinnamon

optional:
dark chocolate chips

1. Mash the banana
2. Add the egg, almond flour, oat flour, cinnamon and baking powder and stir
3. Fold in dark chocolate chips if you like, you can save some for topping
4. Cook in the microwave for about 2 minutes, check it after 1 minute (800W)
