Dulmé Health Food Sri Lanka Dulmé is Sri Lanka's first health food brand, found on a simple yet powerful vision: "Plant-powered, naturally nourishing".

Established in 2019 we create exclusively plant-based foods that are uniquely formulated to meet the nutritional needs. The precooked complimentary instant dry mix consists of a minimal level of salt, sugar and fat. It is without added spices or any preservative agents. All the Ingredients are naturally produced in rich Sri Lankan soil. There are no genetically modified (GM) live materials used in the product.It has the health claims of “Gluten-free”, “Wheat-free”, “Egg-free”, “Dairy-free” and “Peanut-free”.The certificate for health claims received from the Industrial Technology Institute (ITI) of Sri Lanka

As parents of neurodivergent children, we know the biggest hurdle isn’t always academics, it’s often the loneliness. When your child struggles to connect, it’s not a lack of wanting friends; it’s often a lack of opportunity to practice the social skills that lead to friendship.
That is why Children Discovery House (CDH) is so excited to launch our new "Circles of Friendship" program! 🌟
We are creating a safe, small-group environment where neurodivergent teens (ages 13-17) can connect with peers who truly "get" them. This is more than just a playtime; it is a chance to build social confidence, practice communication, and build lasting bonds.
To keep this group effective and comfortable, we are starting with just 5 spots for our very first circle.
If you are a parent who shares this vision and wants to give your child this opportunity, we are ready to start as soon as we have our group together.
