Spooky cookies​ with Kotmale Butter!

Ingredients:​

* 1 cup of Kotmale butter​

* 1 cup sugar​

* 1 large egg​

* 1 tsp vanilla extract​

* Orange colouring​

* Chocolate chips​

* Candy eyes (or white chocolate chips with black icing for eyes)​

Instructions:​

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.�​

2. In a large bowl, combine Kotmale butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and fully combined.�​

3. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced a couple of inches apart. Flatten slightly with your fingers.�​

4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool completely on the baking sheet.�​

5. Once the cookies are cool, melt the chocolate candy melts (or chocolate chips) in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring between. Add a few drops of Orange colouring to the melted chocolate. Drop a small blob of melted chocolate on top of each cookie to any pattern you desire.​

7. Stick candy eyes (or a tiny dot of melted white chocolate with black icing for pupils) onto the chocolate body before it sets.�​

8. Allow the chocolate to harden for a few minutes. You can pop them in the fridge to speed it up.�​
