XXL Snakeskin Discus pair spawning again — and this time they chose the tank glass as their spawning site! 🐟❤️
Even though a breeding cone was available in the corner, this experienced Discus pair selected the glass wall because they considered it a safe and suitable place for laying their eggs.
This is one of the fascinating behaviors of breeding Discus. A successful pair will often choose the location where they feel most secure, regardless of the breeding equipment provided.

This Red Shoulder Severum pair has completed their 2nd spawning, laying a fresh batch of eggs on top of a clay pot. The parents are showing excellent breeding behavior and strong parental instincts while carefully guarding their eggs.
🐣 Day 4 Update – The Eggs Have Hatched!
On the 4th day after spawning, the eggs successfully hatched into tiny wrigglers. The parents are now carefully protecting and caring for their developing babies. The next exciting stage will be watching the wrigglers develop and become free-swimming fry. ❤️🐟

This pair has spawned again and continues to show excellent breeding instincts. Their bright yellow coloration, beautiful body shape, and strong parenting behavior make them a truly special Discus pair.
It’s fascinating to see how Discus sometimes choose their own preferred spawning surface—even when a breeding cone is provided. This pair clearly feels that the siphon pipe is the safest and most comfortable location for their eggs. ❤️
