අද මට ලැබුණු පෝස්ට් එකක තිබුණු ගැටලුවක් නිරාකරණය කරන්නයි, නොදන්නා අයට අපි කරන සේවය, ඔබ ගැන අපේ වගකීම පොඩ්ඩක් පොඩ්ඩක් තේරුම් කරන්නයි මේක පලකරන්නෙ☺️
My dear customer. We have a huge trustworthy customer base who rely on our quality and the service.
* your first problem was the size of our potion. Actually we are not just a Rottee kade. We care for the customers health, so we don't load lots of Rottee, but 50% + 50% Rottee and vegetables. We purchase fresh chicken daily basis and we potion after cook, it costs us for 200g - 250g chicken per potion means around Rs. 250/- to rs. 300/- depends on market price. This less Rottee more vigitables combination with 2 eggs and chicken increase your appetite but it doesn't fill your stomach with carbs. Therefore some people feels the potion is insufficient.
* With regard to the price matter - our single potion Kottu is rs. 900/- and large one is rs.1,400/= only. For dine in you will be charged 10% service charge.
* Water matter and hygiene - we have tap water, if anyone do not like to spend on drinking water we offee you tap water free of charge. But most of our customers prefer to drink bottled water. Infact I recommend it personally as we care your health. We purchase water from Pearl water company in Batugeddara, Ratnapura and I assure you we do not refill any bottle internally. You are free to check the water samples of the bottles from water board if you have any doubt.
* Well trained, enthusiastic team of 4 young girls working at MAG Family Restaurant. They are very nice, friendly.
People have different attitudes and choices. Our quality food and our experience staff is our strength. We are on our journey of 3 years and intention to serve you many more years with love and tender.
දයාබර පාරිභෝගිකය ඔබ මුහුණදුන් ගැටලු සලකා බැලීමි. MAG Family Restaurant යනූ තවත් එක් රොටී කඩයක් නොව. අපි කෑම පිළියෙල කිරිමේදී සෞඛ්ය සම්පන්න බව, ගුණාත්මක බව සහ රසය ගැන ඉතා සැලකිලිමත් වන්නෙමු. එම නිසාම මේ වන විට අපිට විශාල අසතුටුදායක පාරිභෝගික සමූහයක් සිටී.
Kottu Rottee සෑදීමේදී රොටි සහ එළවළු 50% බැගින් සහ chicken ග්රෑම් 200 - 250ක් පමණ ප්රමාණයක් ද බිත්තර 2ක් ද තවත් කලමනා බොහොමයක් ද භාවිතා කරමු. මේ මගින් පිටි අඩු රසවත් කොත්තුවක් ඔබ අතට ලැබේ. අපේ අරමුණ ගැස්ට්රයිටිස් අඩු වී ඔබේ සෞඛ්ය රැකීමයි. එය රසවත් නිසාම ඔබට ප්රමාණය මදි සේ දැනෙන්නට ඇත.
*මිල තනි potion එක රු 900/-, large potion එක රු 1400/- විතරයි. අපි system බිලක් නිකුත් කරන නිසා මිල ගනන් වෙනස් කරන්න බැහැ.
* වතුර අපි බටුගෙදර පර්ල් water එකෙන් ගන්නේ. වතුර මිලට ගන්න අකැමැති අයට අපි ටැප් වතුර නොමිලේ සපයනවා. වතුර බෝතල් අපි පුරවනවා කියලා ඔබට සැකයක්නම් ඕනෙම අවස්ථාවක ජල සාම්පල පරික්ෂා කරන්න.
MAG Family Restaurant එකේ සේවය කරන්නේ ඉතා පලපුරුදු තරුණ ගැනු ලමයි 4 දෙනෙක්. ඔබට බොහොම හිතවත් සුහදසීලී සේවාවක් මෙන්ම පිරිසිදු රසවත් කෑම වේලක් සහ පිරිසිදු පරිසරයක් MAG Family Restaurant එකේ තියෙනවා.
අවුරුදු 3ක් පුරා අපි කරන්නේ නිකම්ම නිකං කඩයක් නෙමෙයි අපි ඔබේ සෞඛ්ය රකිමින් රසවත් කෑම වේලක් ලබාදෙන වගකීමක් ඇති හිතවත් ආයතනයක්.
