Do you find yourself getting easily irritated or angered with a friend or family member? Maybe the cashier left you feeling angry?

This is what we would call a trigger, we all have them buried within us waiting to erupt once they have been activated.

I love triggers more than anything because these are the signs we are given in flashing neon lights screaming to be healed. These are areas within ourselves that need to be released, healed and let go of.

When you find yourself triggered by a situation, person or thing, stop for a moment. 1. Ask yourself what in the current situation is being mirrored back to me? 2. How am I doing this action or behaviour myself? 3. Begin the acceptance process of this behaviour that you have been denying within yourself.

That is where the healing really begins 💫

Triggers are painful but an integral part of healing and should be viewed as a blessing ❤️

The more triggers we are able to heal within our being, the happier and more relaxed your life will become 🙏

Attracting your Soul Tribe is so important for your journey!
