Non-alco beer hasn't been just an alternative for a long time. It's a choice. And like any real choice, it deserves a variety of proper options. Here's where our Tattoo Lager Non Alco steps in.

A lager at heart, but one that plays by its own rules. Dry-hopped, meaning hops only enter the brew after fermentation, late in the process. The result is something you won't confuse with anything else: crisp and refreshing, yet unmistakably aromatic 🫠

An invitation from friends landed Jonas and Milda in Bucharest, Romania. The checklist was short but mighty:
✔️ Tap takeover at Hop Hooligans taproom
✔️ A collab brew with our Romanian friends
•
The upcoming beer will be a pilsner, hopped with New Zealand hops. Baltics meet Romania, with a detour through the Southern Hemisphere.

A big thank you to our friends at Hop Hooligans for opening their taps and their doors. It was a pleasure 🫰🏻

The Baltics have always brewed with what the land gives. Wild herbs from summer meadows. Honey pulled straight from the hive. Long before beer styles had names, our region had its own botanical character.

What it never had, was a pale ale to call its own. Every major brewing culture eventually claimed a style. We decided it was time the Baltics did too.

Nuotykis Pavasario Naktį (Spring Night Adventure) is the world's first Baltic Pale Ale - built from the ground up to represent this region. Herbal and slightly bitter, with citrus weaving through and fresh honey aroma. Easy drinking, unmistakably Baltic.

Representing one of the oldest directions in brewing ☝🏻 Sour ales trace back to 16th-century Belgium and surrounding brewing regions, where beer was left to wild, natural fermentation - long before yeast was understood. What began as a necessity became a style defined by time, structure, and acidity.

From those early methods to now, the idea stays the same: precision and character built through fermentation, not intervention.
•
In the frame - our takes on the style 🙂‍↕️ Mimosa Sour with oranges, and Italian Style Sour Ale, with peaches and bergamot orange peels.

At heart, a familiar style, yet carrying a different kind of warmth. The name tells its story: Baltic Porter with Port Askaig Whisky Soaked Tonka Beans.

A dark, velvety creation, limited to 200 numbered bottles and brewed in collaboration with the Vilnius Whisky Festival. Tonka beans, rested in Port Askaig whisky, unfold in quiet layers - subtle sweetness, gentle spice, and a trace of smoke that lingers in the background.

Shaped by curiosity to see what happens when familiar paths are gently bent.

From the Hall of Fame at our brewery 👀 The exhibit before you earned its place not just for its taste, but for doing things differently.

Our Tattoo Lager - the first organic lager ever brewed in our home country, and internationally recognized for it. Refreshing yet layered, lightly sparkling, citrus-forward, with a subtle grassy hint. Easy to drink, but never one to fade into the background.

A familiar classic with a little edge. A clean finish with a story to tell.
