As a water and tea sommelier, i know how crucial water quality is for the perfect cup of tea. 💁🏼‍♀️ Recently, i came across research on Honeybush tisane showing that water with a high pH can drastically impact its aroma, taste, and even the extraction of certain polyphenols. 🤓 Since Honeybush is already naturally rich in nutrients, i decided to experiment myself - testing different waters with Honeybush and sharing the results in my stories.
