A hybrid fermented strong ale, co-fermented with Chardonnay grapes & young w**e from Alice Hartmann, then aged for several months in oak Chardonnay barrels.
Fresh fruit, soft tannins, a refined w**e finish… all bottled in original Alice Hartmann crémant bottles.
