DOMAINE MAYARD – CHÂTEAUNEUF-DU-PAPE
New vintage online, do not miss this exceptionnel opportunity. Will be sold out quickly…

Family. Patience. Southern Rhône Soul.

At Domaine Mayard, wine begins with family.

For more than a century, generations of the Mayard family have worked the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, learning the character of each parcel, each soil and each season. Today, that history is not treated as something to preserve behind glass. It lives in the vineyard, in the decisions made by hand, and in the quiet understanding that great wine cannot be rushed.

Their vines grow across some of the appellation’s most expressive terroirs, from red clay and sand to the famous galets roulés that absorb the southern sun. The work remains deliberately close to the land: attentive farming, manual harvesting, gentle extraction and careful ageing, with as little interference as possible between the vineyard and the finished wine.

Grenache forms the heart of the domaine, joined by Syrah and Mourvèdre. Rather than pursuing power for its own sake, Mayard looks for balance, warmth and freshness. The wines carry the unmistakable generosity of the southern Rhône, but with restraint and a sense of place.

Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge 2024
Black cherry, blackberry and cassis meet garrigue, pepper and warm spice. Generous and deep, yet harmonious, with the rounded texture and Mediterranean character that define Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Côtes du Rhône Villages Rouge 2025
Dark fruit, wild herbs and spice, with a supple, generous palate. An immediately welcoming expression of the southern Rhône, made with the same attention to detail as the domaine’s Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

There is nothing hurried about Domaine Mayard.

It is a family continuing what previous generations began, working the same landscape while allowing every vintage to speak in its own way.

Heritage over haste.
Craft over shortcuts.
Terroir before technique.

A deeply personal expression of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, shaped by family, place and time.

MARIA PIA CASTELLI | MARCHE

PATIENCE. SENSITIVITY. TIME.

The story of Maria Pia Castelli begins with family.

In the early 1990s, Maria Pia’s father Erasmo Castelli planted vineyards on the hills of Monte Urano. After Maria Pia and her husband Enrico returned from a journey through Burgundy, the idea grew to transform those grapes into wines of their own. The estate was formally established in 1999, and its first wines included Erasmo Castelli, named in honour of her father, and Stella Flora.

Today the story continues with their son Alessandro Bartoletti, who joined the estate in 2009 and spent his first seven years focused almost entirely on the vineyards and cellar. His philosophy is built around sensitivity, observation and patience rather than intervention for its own sake.

The family’s eight hectares sit around 200 metres above sea level on the ridge of Monte Urano, where mineral-rich clay soils, generous sunlight and fresh Adriatic air shape the vineyards. Farming is meticulous, with hand harvesting, very low yields and natural vineyard treatments.

ERASMO CASTELLI
The estate’s flagship Montepulciano. Low-yielding, deeply structured and slowly matured in oak, with dark fruit, spice and balsamic depth.

STELLA FLORA
Pecorino, Passerina, Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia, macerated on the skins and aged for around 18 months in oak. Textured, aromatic and unmistakably individual.

At Maria Pia Castelli, wine is not made in a hurry.

Three generations, eight hectares and a deeply human belief in sensitivity, patience and time.

Fresh New Arrival TONICO EUPEPTICO

Great terroirs. Good friends. Wine without unnecessary weight.

After years spent discovering, tasting and working with small growers across Europe, turned those relationships into his own wine project: Tonico Eupeptico.

Rather than working from one estate, Marcel collaborates with growers he trusts, choosing specific parcels and interpreting each terroir with the same precise, low-intervention approach.

Grapes are hand-harvested, gently foot-crushed and carefully fractioned during pressing. Fermentation takes place in 500-litre tonneaux, followed by extended ageing on full lees and direct bottling without filtration or pumping.

Today, Tonico connects distinctive Italian terroirs and growers:

Barbaresco
Langhe Chardonnay from the limestone soils of Neive.

, Bardolino
Chiaretto from the glacial morainic hills overlooking Lake Garda.

Montelupo Albese
Nebbiolo Michet Rosato from the hills just outside Barolo.

Alongside them, “Why Are You…” Rosato captures the playful side of the project: bright, pure and effortlessly drinkable.

Tonico is not about extraction or weight. It is about fruit, texture, freshness and the character of the place it comes from.

Italy interpreted through friendship, precision and great fruit.

From Paris 210 km, from Luxembourg 230km, from Brussels
350 km…

A direct, calm drive into one of Champagne’s most expressive terroirs. Champagne Guenin is located in Essoyes, in the Côte des Bar, the southern sector of Champagne.

This region is geologically distinct from the Marne: its soils are dominated by Kimmeridgian limestone and marly clay, the same formation found in Chablis, producing Champagnes with exceptional minerality, ripe fruit, and bright acidity .

The Côte des Bar is planted ~85% Pinot Noir, making it the heartland of Blanc de Noirs styles and fuller, riper Pinot‑driven Champagnes compared to the northern chalk‑dominant zones.

The region’s warmer climate reduces the need for dosage, explaining why many growers , including Guenin , favor low‑dosage or Brut Nature cuvées .

Dégorgement follows the rhythm of each cuvée’s élevage and release.

Our Selection: *Effloraison 2022, Brut Nature 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay. *Liliale 2022, Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature 100% Chardonnay. *Vers le Bois 2018, Blanc de Blancs Brut Nature 100% Chardonnay, single parcel on Kimmeridgian soils. More details in our Web-Shop.

•Overall Style
Low dosage, barrel influence, saline tension, and small‑volume craftsmanship define Champagne Guenin.
Each cuvée reflects a modern grower Champagne philosophy with clarity, depth, and a strong sense of place.

Falkenstein is one of those niche Saar wineries that Riesling lovers whisper about.

Steep slate, old vines, tiny parcels, and a young generation crafting wines with monastic precision.
Our 2023 Falkenstein Selection is now resting in our cellars — and yes, we keep an extensive allocation for our guests.

A snapshot of what makes this estate so cult:
• Euchariusberg Kabinett Alte Reben “Gisela” AP8 2023
• Euchariusberg Kabinett trocken “Kugel Peter” AP12 2023
• Herrenberg Spätlese feinherb “Palm” AP3 2023
• Bockstein Kabinett Alte Reben “Mia” AP22 2023
• Oberschäferhaus Spätlese trocken AP18 2023
• Euchariusberg Auslese “Forster” AP5 2023

The Names & AP Numbers — A Living Archive
Falkenstein’s cuvée names — Gisela, Kugel Peter, Palm, Mia, Forster, are tributes to family, friends, local characters and the personalities of individual Fuder.
Every name carries a story.

The AP number (Amtliche Prüfnummer) is the wine’s official fingerprint:
It marks the bottling sequence
It identifies the exact Fuder
It preserves the individuality of each parcel and fermentation

This is why Falkenstein is a cult winery: Every bottle is a memory. Every AP is a chapter. Every name is a tribute.

For Riesling lovers, this is where the magic happens.

Our cellars hold one of the most extensive Falkenstein selections available.
True vertical from 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
