For months, the SOIF Container existed as sketches, conversations and ideas.

Now it’s real.

Last week, we officially inaugurated the container together with our team at our headquarters in Rosport. A first gathering before it begins its journey to festivals, tastings and other places where wine and cocktails bring people together.

A project built by many hands.

.dandelion | now available exclusively at our wine shop in Rosport.

We visited Domaine Dandelion earlier this year and came back with the sense that this is something unique, it truly blew us away. Behind the label lies a fascinating Burgundy story: Morgane Seuillot in Mavilly-Mandelot, and Chris Knott, an australian who’s been in Burgundy since 2009 and also worked at Chandon de Briailles, create wines with a quiet, deliberate touch.

Hard to find, and definitely worth coming to Rosport to discover them.
