We are the modern fish processing company in Nica, Latvia and also original Latvian brand, which has 2 lines of fish products, exporting in 37 countries worldwidely. We no longer talk about spices or methods of preparation. The name refers to the Baltic Sea, Latvia’s ancient cooking traditions and, of course, the most valuable treasures of the Baltic Sea – amber. We were all rookies.

Just a lot of passion and a dream.

We had no idea what to expect.

It didn’t matter.

We showed up. Nervous. Excited. Hopeful.

We learned. We grew.

FAST forward 8 years......

2023 ➡️Latvia’s biggest gathering event.

This time, it wasn’t just about showing up.
