Minced chicken stir fry with Thai basil, birdâs eye chillies, oyster sauce, fish sauce and soy sauce.
No, this is not Malaysian dish but classic dish from Thailand, the neighbour. Malaysia is the melting pot of cultures, itâs never eating food only from one culture. This includes Thai food. As itâs not far at all, Thai eateries or we called it Kedai Siam are pretty much everywhere. One of my favourite combo is actually Tom Yam Kung, Onion Omelette and White Rice. Yes, whenever I move to a new country, what matters to me is if they have a good Thai restaurant. Hard to find in Marrakech but we actually found a place in Gueliz almost a year ago đ
But today, I feel like whipping up a Thai dish on my own as we received beautiful Thai basil from Jnane Tamsna Garden đȘŽ
