A-a-and, pumpkin season has started!
So, let's make fall king - Pumpkin soup!
Ingredients for 3 person:
Pumpkin - 600 gr.
Chickpeas (boiled) - 300 gr.
Shrimps - 250 gr.
Onion - 1 pc.
Garlic - 1-2 cloves
You can add a stalk of celery if you like.
Spices: nutmeg, paprika, salt, thyme.
Oil for frying.
For decoration: pumpkin, sunflower and peper.
