Made in Moldova We are a small independent owned brewery established in 2017. All of our recipes are created by our two brewers and are made from 100% natural ingredients. We brew American style beer's from IPA's to Stouts. Come by and say "hi"! We love visitor's. We give free brewery tours & tasting's.

I had a bit of blah blah blah to write but don't have the energy.
We delivered the first kegs (about 700 liters) of water to Palanca yesterday evening.
They need more today.
We're coordinating with other larger local breweries that have more resources and equipment than we do to continue assisting the needs of the people arriving at the border.
No time for a photo op.

Hail to the Queen!!!
Dropping today our new IPA "African Queen".
She is a hop born in South Africa in 2014 and now we've brought her exotic royalness to Moldova.
Some descriptors have been... stone fruit, lemon grass and chili???
For fans of Mosaic's, Citra and or Simcoe you're gonna want to say "YASS" to this queen!
Rolling out to select locations next week.

And, today is a Brew Day!
Come see, smell and hear all that we get up to when we brew.

On this day 2017- Our very first look at our brewhouse at the factory.
Long story short...
Two months later it arrived in Chișinău after 2 weeks stuck on the truck between MD & UA border and costing us our planned start up budget in taxes & fees.
We were almost closed before we ever opened.

1- 22.10 Fresh outta the fermenter our annual American Stout releases today at the brewery, 14-22!
This batch has all the yummy (American hops) hoppiness of past recipes but we amped up the coffeeness, chocolateyness and maltyness because WE CAN!

2- 23.10 Stefan, an LBC supporter and board gamer, will be at LBC this Saturday. He and a few friends will be doing a little gaming.

Stefan wants to invite anyone who would like to join OR he has offered the use of the games he is bringing for anyone who would like to play them tomorrow at LBC.

1- Dropping this new fruit brew today!
Why it took us so long to brew with local fresh grapes...doh!? Well we've done it and we think it's pretty fab. Awesome aroma with grape(y) hint of sweetness finishing with a touch of spicy.
Get some before its gone, just 1 keg. Drink in, take out or delivery.

2-We're open early (at 1400) today because it's a brew day! Come by to smell and see what LBC is cooking!!!
Outside seating and grill available. BYOB- Bring Your Own Blanket.

La multi ani, Chisinau!
We miss you! We miss meeting/ seeing our craft beer loving peeps, hosting big gatherings at our brewery and participating in community events.
It's been a really long time and not an easy one for us to NOT do these things we love and are what craft beer culture is all about.
We have and are doing everything we can so LBC can resume all of these fun times and more by birthday 586.

Labrewtory Brewing Company is a COVID-Free Location
as required by the decisions of the EXTRAORDINARY NATIONAL COMMISSION ON PUBLIC HEALTH Decision no. 62 of September 22, 2021
Chisinau is in the RED ZONE. As of October 1, the following regulations MUST be observed.
For Take-away: You MUST enter with a properly worn mask. Put it on BEFORE you enter and keep it on for the duration
of your visit.
If you do not have a mask, ring the doorbell and we will happily come take your order outside.
To be seated/consume on the premises: You MUST present one of the following:
A. Vaccination Certificate
a. The vaccination certificate against COVID-19 must have a complete vaccination schedule (on paper or in digital format); proof of immunization is valid if at least 14 days have elapsed since the completion of the complete vaccination schedule;
B. Proof of past COVID Infection or Active Antibodies
a. The document must be issued from a doctor and confirm that the person has undergone COVID-19, in the period between the 15th day and the 180th day (6 months) or an act confirming the presence of anti-COVID-19 antibodies; the confirmation of the presence of antibodies anti-COVID-19 is valid for the period of 90 days from the date of the investigation;
C. Negative COVID Test
a. The result of a diagnostic test for COVID-19 (rapid diagnostic test for AgSarsCoV-2 performed no earlier than 48 hours before or PCR test for COVID-19 performed no earlier than 72 hours before).
Documents must be in Romanian, English, French, German, Italian or Russian;

Pentru comanda la pachet: TREBUIE să intrați cu o mască purtată corespunzător. Puneți-o ÎNAINTE ca să intrați și păstrați-o pe toată durata a vizitei tale. Dacă nu aveți o mască, sunați la sonerie și vom veni să vă luăm comanda afară.
Pentru a fi așezat / consumatie în incintă: TREBUIE să prezentați una dintre următoarele:
A. Certificatul de Vaccinare
a. certificatul de vaccinare împotriva COVID-19 cu schema completă de vaccinare (pe hârtie sau formă electronică); dovada imunizării este valabilă dacă au trecut cel puțin 14 zile de la finalizarea schemei complete de vaccinare;
B. Dovada infecției COVID din trecut sau a anticorpilor activi
a. concluzia medicală care confirmă că persoana a suportat COVID-19, în perioada cuprinsă între a 15-a zi și a 180-a zi (6 luni) sau un act confirmativ de prezență a anticorpilor anti-COVID-19; actul confirmativ de prezență a anticorpilor anti-COVID-19 este valabil pe durata perioadei de 90 de zile de la data efectuării investigației;
C. Test COVID Negativ
a. rezultatul unui test diagnostic la COVID-19 (test rapid de diagnostic AgSarsCoV-2 efectuat cu cel mult 48 de ore înainte sau test PCR la COVID-19 efectuat cu cel mult 72 de ore înainte).
Certificatul trebuie să fie prezentat în una dintre limbile română, engleză, franceză, germană, italiană sau rusă;
