Herbed Spinach Pasta 🥰

- 1 cup of Spinach. (Packed Tight)

- 6 Tablespoons of Rudolf's Bio-Organic Vegetable Spread (Spinach and Parsley Flavour)

- ¼ Cup of Olive Oil

-¼ Cup of water

-1-2 Tablespoons of Green Hot sauce (I used a Wasabi based sauce and 1 TBSP for a medium spiciness)

-3 Cloves of Garlic

-¼ teaspoon of Salt and pepper

-Pasta of your choice (I used Turmeric Pasta)

Assembly!

1. Blend all non-pasta Ingredients in a food processor or blender.

2. Cook the pasta according to directions for the pasta type (I recommend spaghetti or Fettuccine).

3. Toss the Pasta in your Herbed Spinach Sauce (featuring Rudolf’s Vegetable Spread).

4. Get ready for the yums!

👩‍🍳Blueberry Muffins🥧
1.Fresh or frozen blueberries
2.all-purpose flour
3.Granulated sugar
4.Oil
5.Milk
6.Egg
7.Baking powder
8.Salt and vanilla extract
...Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and a little salt in a large bowl.
Add oil, an egg, milk, and vanilla extract then stir with a fork until blended.
Mix in the blueberries, divide the batter between muffin cups and bake.
