VIPRO was founded in 1992 in R.Macedonia, with clear motive, aspiration and vision to strengthen the links between the traditional and modern tastes of Southern Europe, the Mediterranean and Macedonia in the food production. The mission statement is to use the comparative advantages of the domestic country for this particular kind of production and to successfully place its products on the international markets. In 1997, VIPRO was the first in the world that introduced the home-made peppers spread (ajvar) in industrial production, thus using “its own made equipment”, because there wasn’t such on the market. It was also one of the few founders of the Macedonian Association of Processing works (MAP) in 2002. Our products are made of high-quality domestic fruits and vegetables that have been carefully selected. Latest technology combined with glass jars preserve the most beautiful flavors, aromas and nutrients of our products. The brand VIPRO is registered in many world markets in accordance with the law, including the American market. Over 80% of the annual production is exported in more than 15 countries. The Special, Gold, Silver awards and recognition certificates from the Novi Sad Trade Fair from 2004-2012, 18 altogether, medal for top quality from N.York, USA, Eureka award from Brussels, one from the Chamber of Commerce of Macedonia, Hidden Champion in Slovenia, Macedonian Superbrand, Best Buy Award – Swiss (best price-quality ratio) acknowledge that we are doing the right thing in the right way. We wholeheartedly recommend our products in many ways of consumption, such as spreads, snacks, gourmet sandwich and salad component, side dish and ingredients in baked and boiled dishes.
