Most Seafood Problems Start Before the Shipment Leaves
When seafood quality drops, logistics usually gets the blame.
But many problems begin long before the container moves.
Incorrect icing.
Small temperature fluctuations.
Rushed packing.
Unclear specifications between teams.
At first, these issues seem minor.
The product may still look acceptable during loading.
But by then, the quality has already started to decline.
That is the difficult part about seafood export:
the shipment does not create the problem.
It only reveals the process behind it.
