၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ် နိုင်ငံတကာစာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့
International Literacy Day 2025
ဒီကနေ့ စက်တင်ဘာလ ၈ ရက်နေ့ဟာ ၂၀၂၅ ခုနှစ်ရဲ့ နိုင်ငံတကာ စာတတ် မြောက်ရေးနေ့ပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် စာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့နဲ့ပတ်သက်ပြီး လူငယ်များ အသိပညာဗဟုသုတရရှိစေဖို့ ပြန်လည်မျှဝေပေးသွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။

စာတတ်မြောက်ခြင်းဟာ လူသားတိုင်းအတွက် အခြေခံလူ့အခွင့်အရေးတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပြီး ပိုမို ကောင်းမွန်တဲ့ လွတ်လပ်ပျော်ရွှင်မှုတွေ၊ အခြားလူ့အခွင့်အရေးရရှိမှုတွေနဲ့ ကမ္ဘာလုံးဆိုင်ရာ နိုင်ငံသားတစ်ဦးအဖြစ် ရရှိခံစားနိုင်ဖို့အတွက် တံခါးဖွင့်ပေးခြင်းပဲဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Literacy is a fundamental human right for all. It opens the door to the enjoyment of greater freedoms, other human rights and experiencing being a full global citizen.
စာတတ်မြောက်ခြင်းဆိုတာဟာ အရေး၊ အဖတ်၊ အပြောနဲ့ နားထောင်မှုစွမ်းရည်တို့ကို ထိထိရောက်ရောက်အသုံးပြုပြီး အမျိုးမျိုးသောအခြေအနေများကြား သတင်းအချက်အလက် ဆိုင်ရာ သိနားလည်ခြင်း၊ အသိပညာဆိုင်ရာ ဖွံ့ဖြိုးတိုးတက်သော လူအဖွဲ့အစည်းများအကြား ပါဝင်နိုင်ခြင်းနဲ့ တစ်ဦးတစ်ယောက်ချင်းစီရဲ့ ရည်မှန်းချက်ပန်းတိုင်ကို အောင်မြင်စွာ လျှောက်လှမ်းနိုင်ခြင်းပဲ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
Literacy is the ability to read, write, speak, and listen to effectively use and understand information in various contexts, allowing individuals to achieve their goals, develop knowledge, and participate fully in society.
ကမ္ဘာပေါ်ရှိ လူသားတိုင်း စာတတ်မြောက်စေဖို့ တွန်းအားပေးနှိုးဆော်တဲ့အနေနဲ့ နှစ်စဉ် စက်တင်ဘာလ ၈ ရက်နေ့ကို “နိုင်ငံတကာစာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့” အဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ထား ပါတယ်။
September 8th of each year is designated as "International Literacy Day" to encourage everyone in the world to become literate.
ယခုနှစ်အတွက် ယူနက်စကိုကထုတ်ပြန်ထားသည့် နိုင်ငံတကာစာတတ်မြောက်ရေးနေ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်ကတော့ ဒီဂျစ်တယ်ခေတ်ကိုလိုက်မီဖို့ စာတတ်မြောက်ရေးမြှင့်တင်စို့” ဆိုတဲ့ ဆောင်ပုဒ်ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
This year, UNESCO's theme for International Literacy Day is: “Promoting literacy in the digital era.”
