🌥️ Meet the Highland Cloud 🌥️
Recipe:
• 5 cl Sir Edward’s Finest
• 3 cl fresh lemon juice
• 2 cl sugar syrup
• 1 egg white
• Ice cubes
How to:
Dry shake all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify.
Add ice, shake again, strain into a glass
and garnish with a lemon slice.
