We are an urban farm in Thingangyun with an online store that offers home delivery for organic vegetables and local products. We also have a grocery store & cafe open on the farm Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 am to 5 pm.

မြေဆီလွှာ ကျန်းမာကောင်းမွန်လာဖို့ အချိန်လိုတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် အချိန်က လယ်သမားတွေ ကြုံတွေ့နေရတဲ့ အခက်အခဲတွေထဲက တစ်ခုပဲ ဖြစ်တယ်။

ရာသီဥတုက ပြောင်းလဲတတ်တယ်။ သီးနှံတွေ ပျက်စီးတတ်တယ်။ လိုအပ်တဲ့ ပစ္စည်းတွေ ဈေးကြီးလာတတ်သလို ရဖို့လည်း ခက်လာတတ်တယ်။ အလုပ်သမား မလုံလောက်တာတွေ ရှိတယ်။ မိသားစုနဲ့ ရပ်ရွာအတွက်လည်း အချိန်ပေးရတယ်။ တစ်ခါတလေ ကိုယ်မထိန်းချုပ်နိုင်တဲ့ အခြေအနေတွေကြောင့် အဲဒီရာသီမှာ လုပ်နိုင်တာတွေ လုံးဝပြောင်းသွားတတ်တယ်။

ဒါကြောင့် မြေဆီလွှာ ကျန်းမာဖို့ ပြီးပြည့်စုံတဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခုတည်း မရှိဘူး။
စာရွက်ပေါ်မှာ အကောင်းဆုံးလို့ ထင်ရတဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတစ်ခုကလည်း အဲဒီအချိန်၊ အဲဒီလယ်နဲ့ အဲဒီလယ်သမားအတွက် တကယ်လုပ်လို့ရတဲ့ နည်းလမ်း ဖြစ်ဖို့လိုတယ်။

Healthy Soil Movement က လယ်သမားတွေ ကိုယ်တိုင် စမ်းသပ်ကြည့်ဖို့၊ အခြေအနေနဲ့အညီ ပြောင်းလဲလုပ်ကိုင်ဖို့၊ အောင်မြင်မှုတွေသာမက အခက်အခဲတွေကိုပါ မျှဝေဖို့နဲ့ တစ်ယောက်ဆီက တစ်ယောက် သင်ယူဖို့ နေရာတစ်ခု ဖန်တီးပေးတာပါ။

ပြီးခဲ့တဲ့အပတ်က “ရေစုပ်ထိန်းနိုင်တဲ့” မြေဆီလွှာနဲ့ မိုးရေကို စုပ်ယူနိုင်တဲ့အကြောင်း ပြောခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမယ့် ရေက မြေထဲကို တကယ်စိမ့်ဝင်နေလားဆိုတာ ဘယ်လိုသိနိုင်မလဲ?

Healthy Soil Movement မှာ တောင်သူတွေ အသုံးပြုတဲ့ စမ်းသပ်မှု ၆ မျိုးထဲက တစ်ခုကတော့ ရေစိမ့်ဝင်မှု စမ်းသပ်ခြင်း ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ရိုးရှင်းပါတယ်—သတ်မှတ်ထားတဲ့ ရေပမာဏကို မြေပေါ်လောင်းပြီး မြေထဲကို စိမ့်ဝင်ဖို့ ဘယ်လောက်ကြာလဲဆိုတာ အချိန်တိုင်းတာတာပါ။
