Since the new year has arrived, I would like to share a picture of how I went to Fukushima Mountain in Japan as a relaxing short trip to continue with a new spirit.

During the winter season, the Fukushima mountains and surrounding areas are covered with snow. For me coming from a tropical region, the snowfall was unusual and I was very excited.

I think it would be possible to picture the thick snow covering the road and the mountains like a painting of winter.

Tsuruga Palace, one of the most famous places in Japan, is covered in snow due to the heat of winter and looks spectacular.

I have enough time to visit around everywhere of famous and gorgeous, and I ended up eating Fukushima's famous Kitakata Ramen to be warm in the winter cold. It was so good that I added it to the list of foods that I must eat again as soon as possible.

Shyoyu (ရှိုးယု) ဆိုတာကတော့ ဂျပန်ရိုးရာ ပဲငံပြာရည် အကြည်တစ်မျိုးဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒီပဲရည်ကြည်ကို ဟင်းချက်တဲ့နေရာမှာရော ဒီတိုင်း တို့စားတဲ့ Sauce အနေနဲ့ ပါ အခုပြုနိုင်ပါတယ်။

Shoda အမှတ် တံဆိပ် Shoyu ပဲရည်ကြည် ကတော့ မိမိရဲ့ ဟင်းလေးတွေကို အရသာ ပိုပြီးပြည့်စုံစေမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ တရုတ် ပဲငံပြာရည်နဲ့ စာရင်လည်း အငံဓါတ်ပေါ့ပါးတာကြောင့် အငံကြောက်သူများ အနေနဲ့ အသုံးပြုဖို့ ကွက်တိပဲလို့ပြောလို့ရပါတယ်။.

The very special taste of fukamushi green tea is made possible by steaming the freshly harvested young leaves nearly twice as long as in other green teas, before being rolled dry.
