Groundnut oils are produced via a myriad of ways – mostly either by hot press or cold press. If peanuts are produced by hot press, peanuts are heated to extreme temperatures which reduces the overall nutritional value of the oil and therefore in turn affects the quality. Cold pressed oil, on the other hand retains its nutritional value, antioxidants and the authenticity of the oil thereby enhancing its quality.

We have spent the past year perfecting our cold pressing techniques in our mission to bring that high-quality oil packed full of nutrients, flavour and that natural peanut smell. We carefully handpick and sustainably source our peanuts from central Myanmar to craft our uniquely premium product, YES! Peanut oil.
