၁။ ကုမ္ပဏီသည် အဆိုပါဝန်ထမ်းအား ဥပဒေနှင့်အညီ အလွဲသုံးစားပြုလုပ်၍ ထွက်ပြေးတိမ်း ရှောင်သွားကြောင်း သိရှိအတည်ပြုသည့် ( 15.08.2026 ) ရက်နေ့မှစ၍ အလုပ်မှ ထုတ်ပယ် လိုက်ပြီး ဖြစ်သည့်အပြင် ယင်းဝန်ထမ်းဟောင်းအား နာမည်ပျက်စာရင်း (Blacklist)သို့ အပြီးအပိုင် ထည့်သွင်းလိုက်ပြီဖြစ်ကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာလိုက်ပါသည်။

၂။ အဆိုပါဝန်ထမ်းဟောင်း၏ ပြင်ပတွင် ၄င်းသဘောဆန္ဒအလျောက် ပြုလုပ်သော မည်သည့် ပြောဆိုပြုမူချက်၊ လက်မှတ်ရေးထိုးဆောင်ရွက်ချက် စာရွက်စာတမ်းများပြုလုပ်ခြင်းနှင့်၊ မည်သည့်ငွေကြေးကိစ္စ အရောင်းအဝယ်ကိစ္စ သို့မဟုတ် ကြွေးမြီပြဿနာကိစ္စများမဆို ဒေါ်ဆုဝေမွန်နှင့်သာသက်ဆိုင်မည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် မည်သို့မျှ သက်ဆိုင်ခြင်း မရှိကြောင်းနှင့် အကယ်၍ ဒေါ်ဆုဝေမွန်အပေါ် နောက်ပိုင်းတွင် မည်သည့်ရာဇဝတ်မှုဆိုင်ရာ တာဝန်နှင့် တရားမကြောင်းအရ တာဝန်ရှိမှုများ၏ အကျိုးဆက်များမဆို ကုမ္ပဏီနှင့် သက်ဆိုင်ခြင်းမရှိ၍ လုံးဝ (လုံးဝ)တာဝန်ယူဖြေရှင်းမည် မဟုတ်ကြောင်း ထုတ်ပြန်ကြေညာ အပ်ပါသည်။
