You will be surprised how much dirt strawberries are sold with! We wash all of our fruit with soda water until the dirt stops collecting at the bottom of the bowl.

Always ask at restaurants if the berries have been soaked to clean them and if the fruit and vegetables have been washed 😉

After six months of trial and error we have stopped the cherries and provide fresh fruit for all of our Napoleon cakes 😁

One of our customers was so daring and adventurous to take one of our Napoleons 693km northwest in Mongolia.

This is the furthest one of our cakes has been and I am glad it survived this arduous journey over bumpy terrain.

Thanks to our customer's driving skill of keeping an entire cake safe we know our creations reach careful appreciative hands 💫🤩
