蜜汁烤排骨🍯🍖Honey Glazed Roast Ribs
鹹甜交織一試難忘🤤外層焦香,內裡嫩滑,仲有滿滿蜜糖甜香,真係食到舔手指👅,
做法:
1️⃣ 排骨洗淨抹乾水,對半切開
2️⃣ 醃料:蒜蓉、3湯匙蜜糖、3湯匙生抽、2湯匙蠔油、1湯匙老抽、1湯匙料酒、適量黑胡椒、1湯匙油 → 醃2個鐘(醃過夜仲入味)
3️⃣ 撥走蒜蓉,用錫紙包實排骨
4️⃣ 焗爐預熱170°C,焗60分鐘
5️⃣ 打開錫紙,夾起排骨,留低啲汁
6️⃣ 蜜汁:排骨汁 + 3湯匙蜜糖 攪勻
7️⃣ 將蜜汁均勻掃上排骨,焗爐升溫到230°C,再焗15分鐘
8️⃣ 最後撒上白芝麻
✨小貼士:最後高溫焗可以令排骨表面更焦香,蜜糖味更出!

Honey Glazed Ribs 🍯✨
Sweet meets savory in the best way 🤤 Crispy on the outside, juicy and tender inside, coated in a rich honey glaze you’ll want to lick off your fingers 👅
Method:
1️⃣ Rinse and pat dry the ribs, then cut into smaller pieces
2️⃣ Marinade: minced garlic, 3 tbsp honey, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp dark soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, black pepper, 1 tbsp oil → marinate for 2 hours (overnight for deeper flavor)
3️⃣ Remove garlic, wrap ribs tightly in foil
4️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C, bake for 60 mins
5️⃣ Open foil, take out ribs, reserve the juices
6️⃣ Sauce: mix reserved juices + 3 tbsp honey
7️⃣ Brush sauce evenly on ribs, increase oven to 230°C, bake for another 15 mins
8️⃣ Sprinkle with white sesame
