The intensely savory-salty hint of fish sauce balanced by a squeeze of lime juice and a handful of fresh herbs and chilies that you add to your bowl as you eat. Our menu also features additional options of hot and cold vietnamese fares as well as some classics signature dishes such as cold vermicelli with lemongrass pork neck or the unmissable Hanoi Shrimp Cake on sugarcane.
