Pho Fresh

No trip to Vietnam would be complete without sitting on a stumpy stool slurping up a Lunch Lady-made steaming hot bowl of Phò.

Originally created in Hanoi and popularised globally over the last few decades, Phò has become the epitome of comfort food around the World. We bring you our traditional recipes fresh from Nam Dinh, the birthplace of Phò. We shimmer our broth daily, slowly and lovingly. There are few things better for the soul or the body than a tangle of slick rice noodles in a rich, crystal clear, intensely beefy broth; the warm aroma of cinnamon, cloves, and star anise rising up in a cloud of steam. The intensely savory-salty hint of fish sauce balanced by a squeeze of lime juice and a handful of fresh herbs and chilies that you add to your bowl as you eat. Our menu also features additional options of hot and cold vietnamese fares as well as some classics signature dishes such as cold vermicelli with lemongrass pork neck or the unmissable Hanoi Shrimp Cake on sugarcane.
