Our cake of the week is not only an exciting weekly expectation from our customers, but it's also a challenge for our team.
Each week we brainstorm, amongst ALL the orders and bookings that we have going on, but we prioritize our COTW because we love the look on your faces.
When we have a new joiner, this is something that is SOOO exciting both for them and for me, it's a chance for them to showcase their talents, it's a sneak peak into what their fave flavours are and it's also challenges their creativity.
This week we have a new COTW by our most recent hire Erika. We're SO excited to have her on board, along with her years of experience, soft gentle chatter and an attitude that gets s**t done. It's already as though she's been here a while.
