This shop, owned by Chef Saviour Deguara, situated in the picturesque village of Balzan. Every day we will be serving the freshest fish on the market.

Whether you are a fish lover or too busy to prepare a good meal we will be delighted to assist you. From our display counters one can choose the fish whole, filleted, smoked, marinated, stuffed or other freshly prepared dishes that can be easily cooked at home. Our team of Chefs are always ready to serve you.

Since reopening after our summer shutdown, these past two days have been incredibly busy at Bottarga.

While our team was doing its very best to prepare all these orders and serve everyone in the shop, unfortunately we simply couldn't keep up with all the incoming phone calls.

We sincerely apologise to anyone who tried calling and couldn't get through. ❤️

Then we’ll be CLOSED 21st–31st August.
