Now that the contract with the operators of the Il-Bokkin has concluded, we would like to thank Mr. and Mrs. Grima for the service they provided over the past four years. Meanwhile, our establishment will soon reopen to customers and members. We extend our best wishes to Marco and Giada, who will be taking over the management of the bar, and wish them every success. The opening date for the bar—under its new name, *Barcollo*—will be announced at a later stage.

Perché tradizionalmente veniva prodotto con latte proveniente da mungiture diverse, senza una ricetta rigida.

🥩 Perfetto con soppressa, salame e prosciutto crudo.
