🍋 Ramos Gin Fizz 🍸

Creamy, citrusy, refreshing and topped with that signature fluffy foam! 🤍

You’ll need:
• 60ml Hayman’s Old Tom Gin
• 15ml lemon juice
• 15ml lime juice
• 25ml simple syrup
• 25ml pasteurised egg white
• 25ml single cream
• 2 dashes orange blossom water
• Soda water

Shake it! 🧊
Shake everything with ice for 30–45 seconds. Double strain, then dry shake again without ice. Slowly pour into a chilled highball glass and top with soda for that beautiful foamy head.

Garnish with a lemon peel 🍋
