Craving pizza? 🍕✨ Try this puff pastry pizza: crispy, cheesy and ready in no time with just a few simple ingredients!

For 1 pizza:

▪︎ 1 Stuffer Crea Round Puff Pastry 230 g
▪︎ 130 g tomato passata
▪︎ 140 g mozzarella
▪︎ Extra virgin olive oil, as needed
▪︎ Salt & oregano, to taste

⚡ Difficulty: Easy

⌛ Time:

▪︎ Preparation: 5 minutes
▪︎ Cooking: 15 minutes

✅ Method:

▪︎ Season the tomato passata with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, salt and oregano.
▪︎ Unroll the Stuffer Crea Round Puff Pastry and place it on a baking tray, keeping it on the baking paper provided.
▪︎ Spread the tomato passata evenly over the pastry.
▪︎ Top with mozzarella.
▪︎ Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C for around 15 minutes, until the pastry is golden and crisp and the mozzarella has melted.
▪︎ Remove from the oven, leave to cool slightly for a few minutes, then enjoy straight away! 🍕
