Last Saturday, The Master Cellar Gżira welcomed guests for an Open Day filled with tastings, conversations, and moments shared over good food and drink.

From the guided Wine & Delectat Cheese Pairing and Gin Tasting Experience to TOBCo. Craft Beer, Thatchers Cider, Vicky Coffee and live gourmet food, it was a pleasure to see so many people exploring and enjoying the day with us.

A heartfelt thank you to all who joined us, and to the partners and collaborators whose support helped make the day possible. We are grateful for the wonderful response and look forward to welcoming you again at future events.

Wine Tasting - Aromatic Grape Varieties

Join us for our next tasting at the Master Cellar in Naxxar, where this month we will celebrate some of the wine world’s most expressive grape varieties. Aromatic grapes are known for their vibrant and distinct aromas, offering everything from fresh citrus and tropical fruit to floral notes, spice and herbs. Exploring varieties such as Muscat, Gewurztraminer and Petite Sirah, we’ll look at how different regions and winemaking styles influence the aromas and flavours in the glass.

The Master Cellar Open Day

Join us at the Open Day at The Master Cellar Gżira on Saturday 13th June for a live in-store risotto cooking experience led by Cooking Out of the Box by Karl Mallia.

Between 14:00 and 17:00, guests can taste freshly prepared lemon and parmesan risotto made with Riso Rizzotti Carnaroli Gran Riserva, an aged Italian rice ideal for creamy, gourmet risottos.

All visitors are invited to enjoy the Open Day activities, take part in the tastings, and explore a wide selection of premium products throughout the day.
